DAY 7 + DAY 8

Beginner´s calendar reads REST, so I didn´t do any exercises and really just had a rest.

Today I started with 15 pushups and continued with Total Body Workout, which I did a week ago. After half an hour of these exercises, I moved on to the 100 workouts- 10 different moves in 10 reps, and it all took only about 5 minutes! Incredible, right?
So that was my exercises for today:-) In the evening I´m going to zumba classes, but it will only make me stronger, so I think it´s OK.
